Liz and Maria are sisters – their parents are dead
Alex is Liz and Maria’s cousin
Diane is Alex’s mother, and Liz and Maria’s aunt

SUMMARY:
All Liz Parker wants, is to be in control of her life, and her plans definitely do not include love. A past relationship has taught her that love is a weapon to hurt and control those foolish enough to walk into the trap and she has vowed she won't make that mistake again. The safe, controllable relationship with her co-worker Kyle Valenti, is just what she thought she wanted.

But that was before she met Max Evans.

Great update. I am so glad that she is starting to listen to what her body
is telling her to do. I wonder what happened in the past to make Liz
the way that she is. I hope that Max will be able to continue to break
through the walls that she has put up around her heart. I can't wait
for more. Hurry back soon.

The forest scene earlier you painted was lovely.
I loved how Max told her she was a wood sprite. I enjoyed all of that.
Very romantic. What girl wouldn't fall for that? Liz is a lucky girl and
I hope she wakes up soon and sees that. Even though she fights him,
once Max starts with the kissing, she is putty in his hands.
Don't blame her, I would be too!
I think it is wonderful the way he is so cautious with her, and tries
to make her relax and trust him, but he still goes for it. Good for him.
That is exactly what she needs. Sooner or later she will have to stop
lying to herself, and admit Max is exactly what she needs.

This is a wonderful story, I adore your Max. He' so gentle and caring
with Liz, it's like he knows exactly what she's thinking and all her
fears and he's handling her perfectly. It's great to see Liz opening
up to him little by little, she was attracted to him from day one, but I
understand she just can give into him right away, she has her trust
and control issues to deal with. I can't wait for more.
